Over the course of the semester, you've learned about several different research approaches and you've implemented a study designed by someone else. Now it's time for you to design your own study and prepare it for submission to UT's IRB.

This study should start with a research question relevant to your own studies and interests, and should lay out a strong study design for answering it. The design should include relevant methods for data collection and analysis.

This study can be from two months to two years in length, but it should be doable with reasonable resources and an individual or small number of researchers. You may consider designing a dissertation study.
