Revision Description: Paper 2.1
Pick the paper that you feel like needs the most revision and type your answers to the following questions on a separate sheet of paper, which you will place in your folder and turn in along with your paper.
1. How is my paper organized? Make a paragraph outline of your paper, indicating the transitional moves between each paragraph. If you can’t discern how one paragraph moves into another, you’ll want to highlight it for revision.
2. What are your goals for revision? Do not just repeat the comments in your grading sheet—describe what you plan to do in your own words.
3. How do you intend to attain those goals? Please be specific—this might mean mentioning discussing a section that you might move, or how you plan to rewrite a specific paragraph, or a collection of examples where you have refined your writing (active voice, cutting out “deadwood” phrases, etc.).
