Rhetoric 325M is an advanced-level writing workshop for students who are serious about producing thoughtful, readable, engaging prose for academic and “real world” venues. Toward that end, this course is designed to:

• enhance your critical thinking skills

• teach you to tailor your prose for particular audiences and situations, and to use compelling reasons and evidence to support arguments

• help you develop editing techniques that will make your prose more stylish and grammatically correct
